Everything you need to know before booking your Design Session

Once you’ve booked and paid securely online, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to fill in about your space. Photos, measurements, plans or inspiration images can all be useful, and the questionnaire will guide you on what to send over.

No problem at all. The session works either way. But the more we know ahead of time, the more ground we can cover in your hour.

More than you might expect. With over 25 years of experience, Debbie can read a space quickly, get to the heart of what isn’t working, and give you clear next steps.

We connect by video using Zoom or WhatsApp, face-to-face on screen, looking at your space together. Clear, confident direction without leaving home. You'll receive a written summary within two days of your session.

We visit your home and walk through your space together, experiencing it first-hand. At-home sessions cover Leicestershire, Rutland, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire. You'll receive a written summary within two days of your visit.

Yes, it’s a very effective way to identify what to change, what to keep, and where best to spend before putting your home on the market.

Yes. One room, a specific design dilemma, or several spaces where focused guidance is needed.

If there are multiple rooms to cover or more support is needed, further Design Sessions can be booked. Where a project calls for a more complete design service, the next step may be a Tailored Room Design or Signature Co-ordination.

If your plans change, no problem. The session fee is fully refundable provided you cancel more than 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but your booking can be transferred to another date.

The person behind the space you're about to change
It started with colour. Paint specifications, thousands of combinations, and a deep expertise in knowing exactly what works and why. That authority on colour became Debbie's foundation. She trained with the NCS Colour Institute of Sweden, and in 2002 launched CoCo.
Debbie's early career in home staging gave her an instinct for how spaces feel. She worked alongside Ann Maurice on Channel 5's The House Doctor before becoming the on-screen interior designer for Channel 4's The Renovation Game. From there, full interior design. Over two decades, she's styled for the BBC, featured in leading home and lifestyle magazines, and spoken at Grand Designs Live.
But the work that matters most is always personal, understanding what isn't working in your space, and helping you finally feel at home in it.
